添加用户板件 当用户板件和分离器板件合成一起时直接添加

注：没有添加用户板件时show card命令查不到任何板件，只能现场观看用户板件类型后进行添加，当添加用户板件类型不匹配时板件不会启动，当用show card命令查看板件状态由starting 转变为work时说明板件正常工作。

把上联口绑定到用户VLAN 里

把上联端口绑定到管理VLAN 里

fsap(cfg-slot-eth-9)# up-link 1 设置所有用户隔离起用PVLAN
fsap# save 保存数据
