Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and definition of system level requirements for the radio access technology LTE TDD,
especially in the area radio resource management including system level and performance simulations.
The key responsibilities are:
- Analysis of standardization documents and reports
- Provisioning of feasibility studies in the field of radio resource management
- Specification of concepts and system features
- Specification of LTE TDD RRM Algorithms incl. control and O&M parameters
- Definition of system level simulator requirements for the LTE product SL simulator MoRSE
- Implementation and Verification of LTE TDD Features in MoRSE
- Definition, execution and evaluation of simulation campaigns for the determination of system level
performance for the entire LTE TDD system and specific RRM features
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience in mobile network product system engineering, development,
system test or network engineering
- Good knowledge within mobile network technologies, radio system architecture and functions
- Knowledge of RRM concepts and System Level Simulations in one of the radio access
technologies GSM, WCDMA, WiMAX or LTE
- Excellent Programming Skills in C/C++
- Knowledge of the radio interface of LTE FDD/TDD is desired
- Knowledge of the RLC/MAC/PDCP of LTE FDD/TDD is desired
- Master or Bachelor in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent
猎头职位二:2、Senior Specialist, Telecom Control Plane for LTE-TDD
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and specification of system level requirements for LTE-TDD-specific features and feature
improvements in the Control Plane of the Radio Network Layer of the LTE-TDD Radio Access
Network.
This includes analysis of Control plane protocols of LTE radio access network at terrestrial
interfaces (S1, X2) and radio interface to specify additions for LTE-TDD-specific features while
preserving the harmonization with LTE-FDD procedures & protocols. Further, tight co-operation with
other specification teams in different locations for specification of functional dependencies. As result
the formal specification of system features as well as the definition of requirements on system level
and partly on network element level for the development and implementation process.
The key responsibilities are:
- Analysis of standardisation documents and reports (both 3GPP and TD-SCDMA)
- Analysis of customer feature requirements
- Specification of concepts and system features
- Interaction with NSN standardisation, product management and network entity development teams
- Support for features during LTE system verification, offering and customer application
- Contribution to simulation and performance evaluation of concepts
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor of science in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent area
- Minimum 6 years experience in mobile network standardisation, system engineering,development, system verification or network engineering in international development environment
- Good knowledge of mobile network technologies, radio system architectures, functions and
standards, especially in the area of TDD- and TD-SCDMA-based radio access systems.
- Good knowledge of 3GPP Control Plane protocols and functions, especially with respect to
interworking to other radio access technologies (especially to TD-SCDMA).
- Experience with requirements engineering on system and network element level (formal
specification methodology as ITU-I.130 mandatory; use of formal tooling (DOORS) desirable)

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and design of new features and feature improvements for the User Plane of the Radio
Network Layer for the LTE-TDD radio access technology. The work concentrates on functionalitiy
which is TDD-specific like L2 Scheduling and link adaptation (and differs from respecitive
functionality of LTE-FDD). The scope includes the definition of requirements on system level as well
as the functional specification of system features.
The key responsibilities are:
- Analysis of customer feature requirements
- Provisioning of feasibility studies
- Specification of concepts and system features
- Definition of algorithms
- Support for feature verification, feature offering, and customer application
- Support for the creation of customer documentation
Requirements:
Master or Bachelor of science in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent
- 6 years of professional experience in R&D for Mobile Networks
- Very good knowledge of mobile network technologies, radio system architecture (in particular 3G),
functions and standards (3GPP)
- Experience with requirements engineering on system or network element level
- Knowledge in specification methods (ITU I.130) and DOORS are beneficia
- Bachelor or above majored in Computer Science, Communication or related
- Working experience of Radio Sub-System is preferred (Testing experience for 3G UTRAN)
- Familiar with 3GPP W-CDMA system, 3GPP standardization (UTRAN part)
- Experience with signaling simulator/monitor (e.g. Nethawk or others)
- Familiar with SW testing tools and process
- More than 6 years working Experience in W-CDMA area
- Good Communication skills and team work spirit
