Get 苹果4S&iphone 5 Log Operation Guide
This method is used to get UE LOG of IPhone4S and IPhone5.
It needs to use a command to open the trace.
1. In the dial plane, input *5005*274# firstly and dial this number:

Then input *5005*3424# and also dial it.

The following interface can be seen in the mobile phone screen.

If 128M space is not enough for log trace, change the command to *5005*3424255#, it will get a larger space for logs.
After the 2 commands are executed, IPHONE logs could be gotten.
2. After the test finished, it needs to save the log first. In the dial plane, input *5005*78283# and dial it.

It will pop-up a dialog, select <reply>

In the reply, it need to input <name> for the logs

3. Then use data line, make synchronization between 苹果 and PC, (ITUNES is needed to install in PC.), after connected, select the <synchronization>.

4. After synchronization, find the path:
Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\user’s 苹果 4S\Baseband(highlight part, Different terminals have different names.), then get logs in the corresponding path like below:

Ps: If you didn’t find the corresponding path, it may be hidden by the computer, please do like below:


Windows 7:
C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<device-name>\Baseband
5. Close the switch of getting Logs.
In the dial plane, input *5005*274# firstly and dial this number.

Then input *5005*3424# and also dial it.

The following interface can be seen in the mobile phone screen.

6. If UE log needs to be deleted, please deleted UE log in the computer and synchronize IPHONE with the computer.
