伊朗客户说自己使用的HUAWEI5600/5800 OLT（App版本为R016)针对国内目前主要ONU厂家存在兼容性问题（OMCI is one issue,but the fact that the ONU cannot even connect to the OLT is another issue entirely），有的ONU甚至无法注册，

以至于他说国内只有一个厂商完成他们的需求，具体需求如下：
Our first priority is for the ONU to register on the OLT and provide service, both internet and phone. After that, if it supports OMCI in a way that allows the operator to view my WAN settings and check the fiber parameters on the OLT or NMS, that would be great. Overall, the more features, the better.|

但大家的ONU对于5600//5800系列的R022版本都实现兼容，难道也会存在客户提出的上述问题吗？还是因为HUAWEI因为被制裁，规避一些风险，所以在伊朗当地的设备上添加了什么设置？
